We can’t wait to host you at the Bluebonnet House! It is a newly built two bedroom two bathroom house that backs up to a beautiful spring fed stocked pond that you can fish in!
The boat ramp is less than a mile away and only twelve miles to Whitewater Amphitheater. The lake is just a short walk away!
THE SPACE:
We have always dreamed of owning a house on Canyon Lake. When that dream came true, we decided to share it with the world.
The house is a brand new 2022 build home with an open floor plan with plenty of natural sunlight and modern finishes. Enjoy the Fiber internet and large 55” Smart TV in the living room. The nearest boat ramp is less than a mile away and there is an extended driveway to provide ample parking for all vehicles (Boats, Jet Skis). This home will sleep 6 comfortably.
THE AMMENITIES:
The living room has a smart tv with google chromecast to easily stream your entertainment needs. Ample closet and dresser space in the rooms. Kid friendly with pack and play and high chair available.
Board games and outdoor games are provided for your enjoyment!
Note: The house is adjacent to federally owned land (US Army Corps of Engineers) that is accessible through the back of the property. Please hike at your own risk and be familiar with the property line boundaries that will be provided in the guest booklet.
